Our Guitar lessons take place in our fully equipped teaching facility in the centre of Farnham, Surrey. With students also coming from areas such as Godalming, Haslemere, Aldershot, Guildford, Woking, Alton, Camberley, Farnborough, Frimley, Hampshire, Sussex & Berkshire.

Our guitar lessons can be tailored to acoustic guitar or electric guitar. Our guitar teachers are technically skilled but also experienced singers and performers. This means they can help you with the technique aspects of your instrument, as well as any specific techniques you are looking to improve, but they can also help you learn songs and add the vocals if that helps.

Whether you want to build your repertoire, perform gigs, or are a complete beginner & just want to learn a few songs to play around the campfire on a summer's evening, with our guitar tuition you can improve on both guitar and vocals together.

Certain students excel at studying for the grade examinations & we encourage those that are suitable to take this path too.

Why not give us a call now and book in a free consultation with one of our teachers to see how we can help?

Sarah is a confident, patient, fun & imaginative teacher. I've learnt so much from her, not only playing but from her as a musician. Much like the first consultation, my lessons are really relaxed & I feel immediately at ease. I love what they're doing at CMT.

Contemporary music tuition has always provided the highest standard of performance education in a superb environment. The preparation of their unique syllabus is unparalleled in the extra-curricular music tuition while still being incredibly fun.

As a complete novice & a rather late starter, I was very nervous when I arrived at your studio but was immediately made welcome. Neil was encouraging and non-critical & always manages to get the best out of me. I'm so thankful for the time & effort he has put in.
